Chip Brown is reporting Houston, Cincinnati, Memphis, and BYU.

He is also reporting that the deal depends on not extending the Grant of Rights beyond 2025. Texas will only support expansion with no GOR extension. Texas prefers just 2 additional members, but they will go along with expansion by 4 if no GOR extension.
